BASIC DESCRIPTION

This is my first attempt at scratch-building a vehicle. I decided on a bus since it is not that hard to make, being pretty boxy and all. I took a cue from Paul_7, who started with a bus as his first project. The model doesn't have a terrible amount of detail, but gimme a break - it's my first try! The wheels were made by TEK_Xacto for the Nova LFS Bus and he has been kind enough to let me use them on this project - thanks! I know there has been a lot of demand from the community to make a school bus, so I have decided to please everyone by not only providing a school bus, but also providing one that isn't a converted car! Scratch built cars rule! Thanks for sticking with me for the high points and the low points of the five months of production!

KNOWN ISSUES/DON'T COMPLAIN...

- Yes, it's pretty slow, that's because it's a bus!

- The dash and sounds aren't all new, so give me a break, it's hard to find stuff like that, especially for a school bus

- No flashing lights, moving bar, etc. because most of that stuff isn't possible, yes the lights could be assigned to a siren but I know of no way to slow down the rate of flashing on the lights

- Only two colors, but I think they're pretty good. Any more colors would have made the file size pretty big. The textures are VERY high quality which is what leads to the high file size

- There's a few gaps in the model, nothing major

- Odd reflections, especially on the selection screen, but there's nothing I can do about that, the game calculates the reflections

DISTRIBUTION

Any site can post this car. Please give me (Mr_Sparkle) proper credit. Please provide a link to my e-mail address (found below). DO NOT TWEAK THIS CAR. DO NOT MODIFY IT IN ANY WAY WITHOUT MY CONSENT. DO NOT REMOVE THIS FILE FROM THE ZIP FILE! DO NOT OPEN UP THE AR FILE, EVEN TO JUST LOOK AROUND! E-mail me and I might just say "okay", so it is always worth a try to drop me a line! Violation any of the above distribution rules will result in action taken against the offender and the possible termination of his/her website, if applicable.
